1 Yr. memorial being planned ... get involved.  / Rich Shaw (brother/friend)
Greetings everyone... The brothers at SARPD are in the beginning stages of planning a 1 year memorial get together / fund raiser for Jeff whom we all miss terribly... All proceeds & donations will go in the trust fund setup for Jeff's kids.

Anyone that can help whether it be simply spreading the word, helping organize things or what have you is urged to contact Rich Shaw ASAP.

Jeff was not only a friend, but someone who would be there in the bad times, as well as the good.  I will always consider Jeff a "brother", whom I will miss, until we are all brought together again on that last great day.

I just found out about Jeff's passing from the memorium on the HFVF&R Co. website.  I met Jeff while working as a dispatcher at Hemlock Farms Public Safety, and then ran Fire/EMS with him.  He was a truly great man.  What I remember about him most was his hillarious sense of humor.  He will be missed greatly.

Dear Karen and family, I am so very sorry for your loss.  May you take comfort in knowing that Jeff has reached the end for which he was created, and that he will now bask in light of God's eternal love forever.

I just found out today......Lord have mercy on his soul  / Jesse Roldan (Brother Police Officer )
Jeff and I graduated together in the Act 120 Police Academy. He was a family guy like me going to school in the late years. I was just in stroudsburg to ask if he was working. I had seen him a few months ago. I can't believe he is gone. 

I pray that the Lord will watch over his family and through this tragedy God Almighty will still get the Glory. 


I will miss my Academy Friend Jeff.

it's hard to forget someone that i know i'll always remember!
Jeff (gangster) was like a second father/uncle to me for the past 4-5 years. He taught me how to drive (my dad did too) talked to me when i needed someone and was there for me through good and bad times. POCONO was always the best times; up on the camper yelling and having a good time.
